a small token of kindness [ 09th september 2025, tuesday ] 
          
          a round table, 
          a conference of triangles, 
          fortitude or servitude?
          a decision to be sought. 
          pages of emotions 
          and binders of spiral thoughts, 
          moon's decorum splintered
          in the group aubade. 
          
          hollowed warrior first, 
          stepped and stood upon, 
          soundless glare
          with edges bruised. 
          happiness arid, 
          interrogation drying, 
          forts and castles 
          over murdered merits.
          and then a joy—
          foreign and known—
          repenting its birth. 
          
          mind of the crumbs, 
          heart of the loaves.
          no trek can trample
          the path of a trickster. 
          a lone chill, a surrounded cry, 
          traces of impulses
          in the fireplace of life. 
          
          a wardrobe of escape, 
          mumbling telephones.
          rotten tales and
          tatters of the pretenders. 
          guests excused, 
          world locked-up, 
          and again—
          the uncaring rouse
          protects to betray.
          the sky of memory 
          chokes
          the birds of today,
            like fluttering sage. 
          oh souls of flesh, 
          how similar are thoust— 
          from one to another— 
          you migrate in your palm.

There will be people who misunderstand you, doubt your intentions, or even hurt you when all you wanted was good for them. And in those moments, your heart aches for justice, for someone to recognize your sincerity. But remember Allah is Al-‘Aleem, the One who knows the secrets of the heart. What others fail to see, Allah never misses. Sometimes He allows people to misjudge you so that your sincerity is purified; you learn to do good only for His sake, not for their approval. And sometimes He removes people from your life to protect you from what your eyes cannot see. Don’t let bitterness settle in your heart, choose to let go, to forgive, to rise above. Because every time you place your trust in Allah rather than in people’s validation, you strengthen the bond between you and Him. And that bond is worth more than anything you lose in this dunya. ✨
