          Your story has such strong visuals  I couldn’t help but imagine the scenes panel by panel while reading She Comes When the Moon Rises.
          As a comic artist I recommend beginning with a mini adaptation (2 pages). It gives you a polished look at the final style and helps us set the direction for the full project.
          No pressure at all  just a creative experiment.

            What would your rates be for 4 headers?
            
            I was thinking about something similar to your 1st pannel pitch, with the monster lurking atop a rooftop (think London) for the 1st part.
            The idea of the headers would be for them to set the mood without giving the plot away. I'm open to suggestions with regards to the other 3.

Thanks for the permission I’ll credit you properly if I share the pages I’m a commissioned artist so I’ll focus on a clean two-page adaptation for practice
            I’d also be interested in doing a header illustration if you’d like  just let me know the tone or scene you have in mind

            The script looks good, if you want to go ahead and draw it, be my guest ☺
            So long as you credit me for the original story, you're free to post it to whatever social media you use.
            As for me, to be perfectly candid, I don't see the use of a comic for the story. On the other hand, an illustration for the headers would be wonderful. If that is something you would find interesting, let me know.
