Don't you hate it when you get a notification that one of your favorite authors has made an update to their story, only to find out that they didn't post a new chapter! They were just updating a current chapter! Yeah me too... And I'm about to do that now
I always hate reading an adult book where there is no voice of reason. Life's algorithm always provides that voice of reason in people's lives whether it's physical, virtual, dreams or their own conscious. Yet some authors write as if such a thing doesn't exist. Why!? What is the purpose? I do believe that how strong of an impact that voice of reason will have in a person's life, will vary per individual. Nonetheless, that voice of reason will appear whether someone adheres to it or not.
