Wow, this was such a beautifully atmospheric read the rain, the silence, the sense of loneliness quietly threading through every line. The pacing and tone really pull you in; it feels like a quiet character study with emotional depth.

Genre-wise, I’d say it fits best under literary fiction or melancholic contemporary drama with subtle hints of romance.

I’m really curious about Victor what exactly keeps him coming back to the Chuckle House? Is it grief, guilt, or just habit? And the woman she feels like someone carrying her own ghosts. Will we learn more about her backstory later on?

Also, do you have any visual artwork or character designs for them? I’d love to see how you imagine Victor and the woman visually.

By the way, which platform have you published this story on? I’d really love to check it out and hear more about where this story is headed!

          Thanks,
          Olivia
