So. I asked my friend to teach me Japanese... as a result she made me a YouTube account, with a playlist labeled "Vocaloid"... What is it? They don't sound human. Is it a computer program or something? And why on earth are the songs so dark? I mean- they are beautiful, but "Ashes to Ashes" and "Cantarella" are.... rather.... interesting.... "Bad Apple" is depressing, as are many of them... but I am learning, surprisingly. Its a fairly efficient way to learn a language....
