When a member of our Collective decides to step down we will hold a election to decide who will take his/her place. Any Collective member can decide to step down at any point in time for any reason, whether they don't have the time, or just don't feel like doing it anymore.

How an election works-
We will take the top 5-10 nominations and hold a vote. Whoever wins will get the place as a member of the Collective.
