I'm having a really bad cough so I have to use this machine but the medicine makes me shaky and I hate it

I had a panic attack in choir yesterday and it just made me realize just how fucking stressed i've been recently, because I only had one because our director said we had 2 weeknight rehearsals until our concert, it has never taken that little to set me off like that before

I missed it but I was visible yesterday, definietly put a stop to my plans to rob a bank /j it's late but happy trans day of visibilty yesterday!

My arms really hurt, my mma belt test was really a lot and then I agreed to do the weedwhacking the next day, and I had to finish it today

I just got my mma blue belt! That is the fifth belt, and it take three (now four) months of training to test for a belt, I failed the last test and it's started being four so it took me 7 months! I'm so happy to have it.
