Sorry that i still haven't updated lol in my defense i forgot that i was going to be busy 
          
          Also: tomorrow i am going to see the tadc finale and i have a themed outfit!! I am going with a friend from work and i am SO excited. I will refrain from posting any spoilers anywhere because I know a lot of people aren't watching until it comes out on youtube in a couple weeks. Still, I am so excited!!!!

no update today unfortunately bc i am tired bc i had to do lots of chores today lol. tomorrow unfortunately i may also be busy (having friends over) and wednesday i may also be busy (evening class + homework + gaming w my friends) SO next update will be on Thursday !! i'm partially through this one just struggling a bit with getting my dates right because i need everything in this story to happen very precisely with almost no room for error at all in terms of timing lol as the story has to hit several plot points over the course of two weeks, all of which are time sensitive, and then there is a very specific date in the story that i need everything laid out by, and then another specific date a few days later that is even stricter. so basically what i'm saying is i definitely should have given myself more wiggle room on the timing of this story but dw i have lots of google docs planning this out so i think it's going to be fine but def still taking a lot of time on making sure the chapters i'm publishing now are following the timeline correcly

          chapter summary: we get VERY close to something everybody wants, and Will does a lot of reflecting on all of the signs he has missed for a very long time.

I did surgery on my laptop keyboard to try to figure out how to fix it permanently (turns out i need glue) (LET IT BE KNOWN IF YOUR KEY FALLS OFF THE SOLUTION IS ALMOST NEVER TO USE GLUE AND MINE IS SIMPLY A STRANGE CASE) and for this reason the behind golden bars update will have to wait until tomorrow bc it is now almost 1 am but on the bright side i know how to fix the key that keeps falling off so YIPPEE

I just thought of a new emotional metaphor to foreshadow smth that happens later in one of the fics. It's over for all of you. If I remember to keep building on the metaphor in future updates I think this could be as good as the 'floating is better than drowning' symbolism in Wings LMAO i am giggling and kicking my feet right now

The laptop has been on the loading restart screen for over 8 hours lmfao I'm gonna have to google this one

I would like to make it known i wrote about 80% of the stealing your heart chapter and then my computer threw a tantrum so i made the mistake of restarting it (LET IT BE KNOWN RESTARTING YOUR LAPTOP ABOUT ONCE A WEEK IS A GOOD THING AND MY BAD LUCK RIGHT NOW IS NOT A SIGN TO AVOID RESTARTING YOUR LAPTOP) and it has been on the loading restart screen for over ten minutes now. So. I may have to postpone the start of the chapter-a-day journey until tomorrow because something is certainly going on and all my IT solutions will require first draining the entire battery which will take hours and so will have to be overnight probably
          
          However ! The chapter Will Come it just might need me to do CPR on my laptop first. Between this and the keyboard falling apart this week i may need to finally start looking at new laptop options but i kind of hate doing that bc it feels so wasteful and also laptops are expensive 
          
          I work IT so if my battery draining solution doesnt fix it I'll just ask my boss about it tomorrow. This chapter Will Get Posted within the next 24 hours hahaha
