@Aidans1155 so i read discoloured and my opinion is that I like the writing of wings like I like how you wrote it which kept me wanting to read more but I prefer the less angsty parts of discoloured as it gave my slowly increasing stress from the endless amounts of angst in check. But I love both stories and your writing.

Turns out the trick to writing is (1) not having midterms and (2) listening to the music you listened to in middle school

@The_sunniest_angels wish I had smt like this to encourage me to red so I can actually be up to date with your stories(plus I've had WoTTG sitting on my bookshelf since basically the day after it released and just haven't gotten round to reading it yet). I think I've FINALLY figured out how to write the next Wings chapter!! Holy shit that took SO long I cannot believe it. I didn't want to be lazy with it because I'm so proud of how the rest of the story turned out and I didn't want to tarnish it with a mediocre chapter but I think I've finally figured it out!! and just in time for election day so for all the stressed americans, maybe you can distract yourself from the election chaos with a bit of queer religious allegories LMAO. i'll try to have it out asap
in other news! if this message is incomprehensible that would be because it is 2:30 AM. I am currently in a classroom after hours (obviously) on my campus using the whiteboards to go crazy planning out this chapter. Every whiteboard in the room is full of notes. Arrows pointing everywhere. I've been trying to figure out how to make this chapter for so long
After I graduate I'm going to miss having access to empty classrooms like this. giant whiteboards are great for story planning purposes

For anyone thinking of going into STEM…I had some words of warning LMAO
For my physics class, the average for our most recent midterm was 65%, with a 20 point standard deviation. As in, the number of people who got 45% is approximately equal to the number of people who got 85%. And more people got 25% than 96%. (Obviously these are like,,,, assuming the grade distribution follow a normal distribution perfectly which is not likely but like these are reasonable conclusions to come to without be able to see how the data is actually distributed.)
No curve will be applied. Absolutely loving life, not bitter at all, nope, not me <3 it is also worth noting that the physics major is, of course, mostly made up of people who consider themselves to be good at physics! And yet! Here we are!
(But also in all seriousness, if you’re considering going into STEM, please don’t let me scare you away from it; I’m mostly just being dramatic and we do also have exams that go well. This one just didn’t lmao and I like to be dramatic about things)
