Author, Charlie and Frankie are real. I’m sure of it. Everything about their story is woven together so otherworldly yet realistically beautiful. 
          
          The way I feel such a visceral longing and ache in my chest after reading is testament of a story dreamt big enough for another to witness and experience it as their own. In other words, a brilliant book with an intentional creator who’s captured and conveyed it in a manner so deeply profound. So raw and powerful that a quiet reader like myself has been struck by the lightning and life force that is The Taming of Frankie Carrozza. Suddenly I need to riot, roar, and run freely through a field without cause or a destination. Truly the kind of art that invigorates and possesses the soul.
          
          I was suppose to find a light fluffy slice of life NOT have my heart and mind chemically changed. But here I am and here is great. This book impacted me in the most positive way and came at a time I needed it most. It’s also lovely and precious to see all the comments of others declaring just how much it means to them. 
          
          Anyway, thank you for posting on here for more than a decade. Sharing your art with the internet is not for the weak. Looking forward to the rewrite and whatever else you might share! Wishing you well! 
          
          (P.s. I was scrolling on Pinterest and found a picture of a young Tom Welling and instantly thought of Frankie. Anybody else see it or just me? What are some actors do we/you personally see these characters as?)

          I dunno if anyone out there … but if anyone is and happen to be interested, I published the remaining chapters of The Taming of Frankie Carrozza so it’s in its essentially* completed form. 
          
          *it’s choppy af, hasn’t been edited or looked at in years. And parts have been edited so other parts won’t make sense, and most of it is left unedited. But I couldn’t just let them sit anymore.
          
          One of my New Year’s resolution is to rewrite it so
          I’m going to post a remastered version. Been tbinkjng of doing it for ages so needs must. It will still be much the same story, keeping the trajectory basically the same. But it’s going to revolve around Charlie investigating Frankie for the disappearance of a mutual friend.

          bit of a weird question but do you have an inspiration source in the way you write?
          I absolutely LOVE it and  want to start writing too and I love this particular 'style' of writing, which I can't really identify.TTFC was genuinely the best thing I've ever read and it made me love reading AND writing.

          **Update for any readers of The Taming of Frankie Carrozza**
          
          I was supposed to release the rest of the story the other day but I got distracted — sorry! I will soon though. As in tonight.

          I haven’t used Wattpad in a while — or do much writing anymore really for that matter. I just come on here every so often to lie about updating this story but never actually doing so. The story has been “finished” for a really long time now, I’m just forever re-editing it, never fully happy with it. And then I stopped writing. But I keep thinking about this story every so often, about properly finishing it, as there’s nothing worse than an unfinished story.
          
          So rather than editing this story, I’m just going to release the remaining chapter drafts—unedited, jumbled and probably shite—and start over.  I was just going to delete this version but I think that would be unfair to anyone who’ve read it so far. But do bear in mind I’ve not looked at them in ages and won’t be doing so for my own sake. 
          
          So I’m going to publish a new version alongside this one. It will be much about the same thing and much of the same things will still happen—-same beginning, middle and end to some extent. I just think I can broaden the love story between them better and the plot. It’ll be about two friends who fall in love at a British boarding school except it will be surrounding a murder mystery. When mutual friend and mad magician John Fox vanishes for good during his magic act at Denton’s Talent Show, in the months to follow his disappearance, Charley begins to suspect Frankie’s involvement and attempts to gain access to his exclusive Chese Club Society so as to investigate him and its odd members. 
          Hope you don’t mind.
