Okay I gotta rant for a minute, ignore this if you're not into that.
Who in the actual fuck thinks Deimos, an actual TERRORIST who murdered Innocents and officials should become an playable operator in siege? I know this is a game but I don't care, it's immersion breaking from what we know of Siege and it's lore regarding the operators training against each other.
Not to mention, Deimos is the embodiment of the Siege community so in other words? A big fuckin cry baby who do nothing but whine and complain. I'll admit, I very much don't like the direction ubi went with siege *cough cough bringing in Nighthaven cough cough*.
And don't get me started on the dumbass theories that Deimos is a character from Tom Clancy's books like Ding or John Clark. Those two possibly being Deimos is a fuckin insult to the Rainbow Six book and to anyone who actually fuckin read the damn thing.
Disagree with me if you want but try to see where I'm coming from, I am a reader of Tom Clancy's books, a longtime Siege player even to this day who actually appreciates what makes it Siege, and someone who actually spent in the military for a time.(not long to be granted)
But rant over, in case you couldn't tell? I'm definitely not including Deimos for many reasons (which you just read) but there'll be a chapter soon enough, see ya.
