          there need to be sweeping changes in the american political, social and most importantly, police culture. killing an unarmed civilian under any circumstances is a HEINOUS act that goes against everything the badge of a police officer is meant to stand for. those four officers must be held accountable for their actions and the system that has allowed them to keep their power for this long needs to be abolished.
