Another episode of i hate wp and my phone
I got inspiration for another story yesterday and wrote abt 400 words ik it's not much but anyways

@sunoosgossipbuddy i think i remember Lily from Nmixx as a reader I've been trying to think of quiet members i think the vibe would fit a quiet but not a menace, but i mostly know quiet menaces lol I don't really know bnd or cortis tho (says while listening to Fadeaway) I need to vibe check Leehan, maybe he fits the vibe I'm searching for I've thought of Woozi and Wonwoo but neither of them feels like the right pick Idk why but I've been drifting to Ateez my only problem being that I don't know the members Even tho I'm a very logical person i do creative decisions based on feelings XD

I underestimated the amount of world building and planning I need to do T-T
Why did I have to create a magical fantasy world w superpowers, royal families and magical creatures?
I have rn like 45 characters planned and I need some more T-T well some of them are from passed generations or for other reasons don't exist anymore but as my story includes royal families I need characters as siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents and many of these characters also need their loved ones for it to be realistic :|
Rn I have 4 unfinished familytrees, 11 A5 sized pages of notes for the superpowers and one magical creature
Fantastic only the superpowers are finalised this is gonna take a whileeee T-T
This might be controversial
But as kpop fans do we realise what's just fan service and what's real?
Kpop idols are trained to do what they do and it's their job
How can we be so sure that they're the people they say that they are? How can we be so sure that the members really love each other as family? How can we say that all the ships are real and not preplanned by the marketing team?
Of course some things are real but kpop idols are great actors
And by time people do get closer
But still in the end they're just humans
They fight and have misunderstandings
Lastly there's something I'm sure of, the k-industry breaks people
The pressure, ruthless judgement, the fear of getting dropped out and the fear of disappointing others
Many of the idols who were trainees for a long time seem to doubt themselves and be insecure
That's not surprising when you learn what trainees go through
Are we just blindly following kpop groups and walking into the trap of people who just want money?
Are we supporting groups or a toxic industry?
I hope that I made you think a little deeper
@TheyellowBbokkari no no I get what you mean, I think we as fans should enjoy the music more and not care that much about their relationships inside and outside of the group, even if it’s just platonic ones, like yeah shipping culture can be quite funny but the fans need to realize that it probably (like 99.99999999999999999%) isn’t real so yeah, sometimes the shippers really annoy me as well, like sometimes it’s funny yk but it gets to a point where I’m like all right please just stop now yk
@sunoosgossipbuddy it was proven w the two cases with yk who and yk who that lead to jail same tho I'm thinking of buying smth if it isn't way too expensive but like I don't collect merch I've accepted the fact that I won't be going to any kpop concerts if they don't come to Finland and the chance of coming is pretty small But honestly especially the shipping part Yk that there's a few popular ships in every group i mean like why wouldn't it be planned? It gets recognition to the group and keeps fans engaged but there's definitely cases where the shipped ppl are just good friends and spend time w each other so they're close So I'd say that actually believing that two ppl from the same group are actually dating is crazy T-T (I've jst met too many shippers sorry, i needed to rant abt this lol)
@TheyellowBbokkari I a hundred percent agree with you. I’ve always known I think (maybe not at the start) that it’s a very toxic industry and that idols probably aren’t the people we think they are. tbh I don’t even buy merch or albums or anything else, what I would spend money on though is concert tickets, because that’s an experience and I wouldn’t go to multiple stops of the same tour. in order for that to happen they’d have to come closer to where I live tho so yeah probably not happening
The introductions and the first chapter of adaw are back up again! The rest will be published when I've sorted the plot and rewritten a few parts.

Some might remember that I tried writing the book has been unpublished since December for editing reasons (adaw another day another world fantasy book)
I've planned oc versions for some of the skz members
Felix and Seungmin would be girls named Filena and Anastassin
i have perfect love stories for them lol
But i can't write them without changing them into Fina and Tas for characterical reasons (dynamics etc a "love is stupid" girly falling in love at first sight hits different)
Tho I really don't want to rewrite

@ TheyellowBbokkari I read it just now and I think you should change the love story as little as possible, so change them into Fina and Tas if you have to!
@3racha_sp0tlight the whole characters but they're inspired by them and I'd add them as other characters I explained it in the chapter that I published in the book, it's the only book and the only chapter rn lol
