Sorry Death Binding Vow-amped Mahoraga… you’re getting launched to the moon at sub-light speed now. It is what it is.

Anyways, Dabura, you’re so adorable and cool. <3

@Thhuulium I love how Dabura is written to be the "Strongest" in a way that is also unique to him and separating himself from both Gojo's and Sukuna's version. He doesn't want to fight, his strength unsettles his tribe, and he never truly tried hard in any fight prior to Mahoraga.

Him praising Doura as if he's recalling how Doura faced him way back when despite being completely unmatched while Dabura himself was also getting put on the backfoot was also a nice touch.

          	  Anyway Mahoraga, "gg no re".

@Thhuulium I love how Dabura showed vulnerability in the chapter even displaying fear while fighting Mahoraga. As an antagonist and despite being one of the stronger figures in JJK’s roster, that moment felt incredibly raw to me. I'm excited to see how he fares in the next chapter!

Hey Thulium? What happen to your description under your profile?

Thhuulium

@GentleToast It’s fine. I don’t believe I deleted anything. It’s still the same as I remember it from last month.

Nothing! It's just that deleting the entire thing instead of just editing it is not what I expected from you. Sorry if my comment sound rude or offensive. I really don't mean of it. I just want to ask, after all

@GentleToast Could you elaborate? I don't see any problem.

Just wanted to say that my co-author Senzai is finally doing illustrations for me.

The first sets can be found in the latest chapter of Thus Beckons the Drowned Gods.

I'm so excited since I finally have an illustrator!

Ekardne

@Thhuulium damn, having art for your works specifically sounds amazing.

Hey, I just read your fic 'The Black Messiah' and it inspired me to write a similar one, but with Black Reaper in ZZZ as an investigator for the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team.

And I was wondering (if you remember) what you were thinking when you were writing Black Reaper, and what logic did you use to make the events unfold the way they did? Maybe that could give me some ideas.

Adrian9695

@ Thhuulium Put that way, I think if there were a fight between Arima and one of the Void Hunters, then it would be something like a 'Glass Canon'.

Obviously assuming Kishou is armed with IXA or Owl.

@Adrian9695 So it really depends on interpretation.

If you believe Arima can cut through the Void Hunters, he’d be able to defeat them by virtue of his sheer speed. Otherwise, it’d be like slicing at a brick wall with a normal blade.

Post-Dragon Kaneki I believe would be able to soundly defeat the Void Hunters however. Normal Dragon Kaneki caused earthquakes all over Tokyo and stretched 20 whole kilometers whilst Post-Dragon Kaneki evaporated skyscraper-sized Dragon tentacles which show zero signs of damage against missile fire from helicopters and shells from tanks.

@Adrian9695 I’m actually not invested in the powerscaling community anymore considering how it is.

But based on my own opinion, I’d say the Void Hunters have better showings of strength than Arima, but Arima still eclipses them in speed displays (considering the absurd speed of Tokyo Ghoul characters in general).

Only Dragon Kaneki and Post-Dragon Kaneki have shown destruction scales on par with the Void Hunters.
