@LightenTheShadows I think that Jake may be Guardian and that's why he was crying when he came to Tessa, and why he disappeared to the "bathroom" when the news came on that morning they were all having breakfast. 
            
            Lucas could possibly be Stormtrooper/Aberration. But I may just be grasping at straws there.
            
            And I think that Parallax killed Laurel to trigger Tessa's powers because he may need her in order to obtain the "power" that him and his allies are after. (Another loose theory)
