Hey, so obviously I know this probably doesn't apply to everyone, but I'll let you all know anyway, just in case you'd like to get involved.
          	
          	I'm writing a book in order to raise awareness about several topics, but I need your help.
          	
          	If you're struggling with something right now and you think that either talking about it will help you cope better, or talking about your experience will help others, then writing about it might help.
          	
          	Write your story, whether it be about your experiences with mental health, coming out, or it may be just that you're going through a particularly difficult time at the moment.
          	
          	Whatever the reason, if you think others could benefit from hearing your story, then email timetotalkbook@gmail.com with your story and I'll include it in the book. Once your story is up, I'll message you to let you know.
          	
          	If you want to remain anonymous, that's absolutely fine but if not, simply include your first name and your username in the email and I'll dedicate the chapter to you.
          	
          	Hopefully this book and your stories will help people who are going through similar things to you, and in doing so will also raise awareness about these topics.
          	
          	Let me know if you're interested in sharing your story - I obviously don't expect everyone to because talking about your experiences publicly can sometimes be quite scary, but I would appreciate any stories because they could really help someone going through a similar thing to you.
