So far, no other readers have reported this problem.It might be a small glitch on the app or account side. Maybe try unfollowing and following the book again, or removing and re-adding it to your library to see if that helps. If it still doesn’t work, you could also try updating the app or contacting their support ( Sometimes uninstalling the app and logging in again also works ).
