I'm gladyou're back to work. While you might not want to be back there, it's better then being jobless. I can't speak for your area, but here it's tough. I've been looking off and on for a couple years now and am lucky to even get interviews.

@GeorgeCloudJr I stopped caring what people thought of me a long time ago as well. I just don't like to talk ROFL

@Prisim used to be somewhat like that then I gave up worrying about what people thought of me and started being honest with them and myself. Now most people I have to interact with know better than ask questions they don't want to know the honest answer to. My poor wife just hides her face and either groans or giggles depending on the question. What's really interesting is I'm a Scoutmaster and teen boys don't have a clue sometimes what they are asking. Those are the only times I sensor myself somewhat.

@GeorgeCloudJr I'm the kind of person that you usually have to do the bulk of the conversation LOL The exception is if it's something I really like ROFL I do soooooo much better online then I do in person.

Oh geez. Was the carpal tunnel an on the job injury? If so, then you should have some kind of legal right to fight them over not letting you come off disability, right? I know one job tried to play that game with me when I got an on the job concussion. I was too nice to not fight it and ended up having to pay my own vacation time to cover the time I was out because of an on the job injury.
Businesses are the worst. They depend on you as an employee but will screw you over any chance they get!

@GeorgeCloudJr Here's hoping it works out. So ridiculous that they want to fight you on it. I mean I know they're a business and have to watch their bottom line, but it's still absurd.

@Prisim Yeah actually have it in both hands, just had the one fixed for now. I started on FMLA for the first couple months I was missing time. There is a wonderful law that lets them take up to 2 weeks of vacation to pay for your FMLA time. Then I went on Short Term Disability for the surgery and recovery. I have a lawyer going after them. My preliminary hearing is the end of this month. I'm going to get all that time back before surgery and all the co-pays back. Then I'll get the other hand and the 1/2 tear in my shoulder fixed. Can't wait for the reaction to that.

@TeaganMalis Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I was reading several other stories at that time and supporting 3 other authors in NaNo. Now that I have caught up on my reading I can take a look at your story. I saw the title change and added it to my llibrary.

@Karimsuliman It was a pretty good book. I had not read any of the comments until near the end. That's when I read that you are in Egypt. I was going comment that your writing style reminded me of C. S. Lewis' last book in Chronicles Of Narnia series. Reading that you are from Egypt, the word choices and speech patterns made sense to me.

@Maya_2011 After I had messaged with another author who was having a rough time with a bullying critic you had mentioned about a lack of comments on your stories and how it was hard ro tell if your story was good or not. I decided then to try and comment on every chapter I read. Even if it's only to say if I liked it or not I would comment.
