For now, I'm going to call myself A.L.Do, an abbreviated form of my actual name that's fun to say. I write mostly fantasy stories, but occasionally will write realistic shorts. I live in the American Midwest, and have a passion for history, culture, languages, and folklore. The authors that inspire me are J.K. Rowling, Bruce Coville, Derek B. Miller, Hans Christian Andersen, and Margaret Peterson Haddix.

With a long standing passion for writing (and reading), I am always willing for a challenge, and am open for requests! Just as long as you remember that I prioritize my own writings before anything else. 

Currently I am studying German through school, and am teaching myself Norwegian independently.
