@thegyth I never noticed that! Haha, thanks for pointing that out. Word never picked up on it so I never noticed. Just googled it and got 'An outer covering such as a husk or pod, esp. the husk of an ear of corn.' Not quite the word I was looking for....

          I keep seeing your synopsis for Deviant up and thinking how great it sounds. :-) I just wanted to say, whilst I'm here - is shuck really a word in the US? It definitely isn't in UK English. It would be "a war that shook..." 
          
          Just wanted to check, since I know I had a typo in my synopsis for a while. Haha!

Thanks for voting my novel! I've been busy all day with work today and Wattpad died on us all yesterday so I haven't had the chance to read more of Deviant
          but I'll be sure to get around to it soon I promise!
