No problemo! But sadly it hasn't been published yet since it is still in the brewings.
            But as for when it comes out, there is a seperste book for the application (made by @-Toxic-) and the form. Application is not required, but the format is. 
            Afterwards once you are accepted, then you may start roleplaying!
            
            (The form and rules book will be out before the roleplay is released)
