This response made my day! As I don't usually have someone to talk to either from my family.

ThunderingLava

@UnDesicive_Writer Same. I'm loooonely. And a complete introvert. So seeing your comment also made my day

Hi! I love your reading lists! Just wanted to say that. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you.

ThunderingLava

@UnDesicive_Writer HI! You're not bothering me at all. It's actually really nice to hear from someone. And thank you.

Hi, so I'm working on a story and I wrote a bit today. How is it? Enjoy the sneak peek.
          ___________

Katarina was a mosaic. An intricate picture, a broken work of art. Made of shattered pieces that were barely held together. She was breathtaking. Something about her drew everyone in; her brokenness perhaps. It is human nature to be drawn to broken things after all.

She was once a whole piece; a blank slate. Every hardship, every time she suffered; a piece of her broke. Over time, she became a complex artwork. Every single fragment had a story to tell. You could look at the mosaic for years but you would never truly understand how it was made.

She looked fragile. She looked breakable. She was misleading. She wasn't easily defeated. She would withstand the test of time. She wouldn't shatter. She would pull through; she had to.

She was made of marble after all.
