Trigger warnings: abxse, rxpe and bullying, kidnap) so I've been looking for a manga or story that I read s while ago and can't remember the name so I'm going to write the description roughly.
It's a fairy tail au which has mature content (abxse and rxpe) about Lucy (18) where she's a teen mum and got pregnant at 12 by her dad and is bullied at school by everyone, natsu is one of them until he finds out more about her life. Her mother ran away. So on in the story something happens where the dad kidnaps her son and something happens to her now friends levy, gajeel etc, and a lot of torture happens to them and eventually end up at the hospital and some how Lucy's mother is there and is Gray's step mother and eventually there's a court case because her son and his friend and some other kids got into a fight leaving one kid unconscious and ones mother threatening to sue and then s court case with her dad and then he shoots the boy... Dun dun dun.

@TillieLouiseCape3 also natsus parents in it are igneel as dad obviously and porlyusica as mother and Wendy as sister and I think zeref is in it not sure. Lucy works at their dinner/cafe and the mother is also a lawyer I think and have a lot of sympathy for her. Lucy moved in with them after a crazy babysitter. And also all natsu want to do when he bullied Lucy was to see her cry because he thought she was so perfect with a ( fake) smile on her face when that really wasn't the case at all. And it's an AU (alternative universe) if you don't know, by this I mean fairy tail is full of wizards, magic etc. Whereas in the au it's the opposite like normal life but can also be many other 'universes' such as the Alpha, Beta and Omega one that you see in a lot of yaoi not sure about others Alpha: rut and breed, Beta: normal male and Omega: reproduce offspring, give birth and also go into heat.
