If you need to, cover mirrors, especially if it's self conscious self worth. Take hot showers or baths, whichever. Read a book, or reread a book. Watch funny vines, or videos that might make you laugh. Stay off toxic social medias. Make sure to eat, and drink water. Get in a comfortable pair of clothing (something you've just washed, that way, it doesn't matter if you wear it for a week straight). Stuffed animals help, no matter your age. Open windows, so you can hear birds (in country) or go to a park (in city). The important thing to remember is, you are amazing, awesome, and you got this!
