I know it's late but I just HAVE to tell someone!!!
          	
          	Yesterday, my mom got a totally random call from someone saying that they had this puppy that was abandoned and needed a home.
          	
          	So my Mom spontaneously decided that we were getting a second dog. (she's cool like that) Our new puppy's name is Chuck and he's black with oreo like stripe down his chest. He's so soft and hyper, it's adorable. Mostly.
          	
          	We think that Chuck is possibly 3 months old and that he's a lab/healer mix. And no matter how cute he is, he has an EXTREME hatred of being in a kennel. (not in the abused way, just the 'I'm a puppy look into these eyes and tell me your leaving me in this ugly colored box while you go watch Will Ferrell movies way'.)

Hi Tiny - Rockwood is a cyborg and thinks like a computer in binary. We didn't want to spoil the plot by giving away his real thoughts which would spoil one of the book's high points. Unfortunately some clever internet pixies ( mentioning no names..) decoded Rockwoods thoughts and posted them as comments ( boo hiss..snigger). Nice to hear about the happy dance. Jenny too has an awful singing voice which has spoiled her ambition of converting I'm a cyborg's pet into a Disney Cyber Princess movie or a Broadway musical.

I was randomly surfing (the web) and I found the most hilarious quote...
          
          Romeo and Juliet is not a love story. It's a 3-day relationship between a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old that caused 6 deaths.
          Sincerely, everyone who actually read it.
          
          (PS I have never actually read Romeo & Juliet, and I slept through the movie, so could someone please tell me if one of them is actually 13?!? If so that is really alarming!)

Okay, so I was painting my model car a bright taxi yellow color, and it was late, so I was about to crash. But I wanted to finish one last coat so it would be ready for assembly, and had set the jar of paint down. I looked over my shoulder, and was watching my dog with a murderous thoughts as she took up the whole couch. So I look down, and find out that the tip of my hair was in the paint. And of course it was enamel so unless I wanted to dip my hair in paint thinner, It wasn't going any where. 
          
          Soooo, I was eventually was able to run a comb through it. And I washed it out a few times, but it wouldn't budge. I actually didn't mind that much...and my hair is blond so it was subtle enough that only I would know it was there. So I walked around for a few days feeling all fabulous with my secret yellow highlight, and then my mom scheduled a hair cut for a party we were going to... 
          
          I no longer have my accidental yellow highlight. Instead, I don't have any split ends... And they used a really nice smelling product on my hair, so I think I will be able to survive *sigh*.
          
          Eventually.
