"We are The Counsel!" 

My name is Anna, and I have Dissociative Identity Disorder. I am a psychology major in the process of earning my Psy.D, specializing in behavioral analytics, currently on hiatus due to my mental health journey. In the meantime, I spend my time providing the best counseling and therapy to those that are unable to seek help, for one reason or another, to the best of my ability. I have extensive psychological knowledge, not only in proper psychotherapy, but extensive knowledge of the DSM-5 as well. Helping others is what I do best and it is my place in this world to do so. Psychology is my passion, my love, my life. There is still so much to be discovered about the mind!

I am also a huge advocate for mental health, focused on providing educational information, especially severe psychiatric disorders (such as Dissociative disorders and Schizoid disorders) with a mission to combat the myths, misinformation, or even completely wrong information, and misconceptions that cause mental health disorders horrible stigmas, causing a lot of extreme panic and fear surrounding the topics. My goal is to be able to see those that not only really need it, but also those who want to seek mental health treatment, no matter how big or small, freely, without the fear of being labeled.
