You can try using Tippy's website (the link to it is in her wattpad bio). Any country should be able to access and subscribe to it. It has all the Patreon extras and sneak peeks, etc. She made it essentially, so those that need something other than Patreon because of their country or other reasons have an option to get her bonus content. You still have to pay, just like with Patreon, but it should accept any currency to my knowledge.
