From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your messages. Once in a while I open up Wattpad, only to be pleasantly surprised by new comments and messages regarding my work. It’s an honor to have people like you thinking about Cabin (and me), even after all these years, so thank you very, very much.
Since posting chapter 44 seven years ago, I’ve never been able to fully let go of Cabin. In fact, a few months ago, I opened the storyboard for the first time since posting that chapter, and have been working on something ever since.
Truth be told, I don’t think you’ve seen the last of Cabin!
In the past seven years I’ve changed as a person; I’ve gotten older, my interests have shifted, and my writing has developed into something new. I believe it to be impossible for me to continue writing Cabin as it is right now, as the inconsistencies in the writing and my own understanding of the story would clash with the original. What exactly I am working on is something I cannot share right now, yet I hope to be able to open up about it soon. I hope you will come along for the ride :)
