          Personally, I define "regretful sex" as shitty sex and people who classify this as rape because they didn't like it are weak and insufferable and should be banished from the face of the earth.
          
          However, if someone is drunk and has sex with someone, I think it is the other person's fault, and I'll let you know why:
          
          1. They're drunk. They're impaired. They're not fit to make wise decisions as it is (hence getting drunk) so why are you sexing them up? They're not sober, so their words won't be either.
          
          2. Being drunk isn't an invitation. They're vulnerable and they're bound to do stupid things. They've already been irresponsible by getting to a point where they can't function properly due to the fact that they've put so much alcohol in themselves.
          
          I do believe that responsibility has to held on both ends (ex. Why are you letting yourself get that drunk????), but as for fault, if someone gets raped while they're drunk, it's entirely the offender's fault. The blame should never be placed on the victim because they did not consent to it.

no worries at all! i think it's sick for people to actually write about rape as if it's such a great thing when in reality, it's anything BUT great. i've literally made it my mission to speak out against stuff like that and I refuse to read stories that do so. it's not much, but it's a start. i also try to set examples in my stories too because i know a lot of people do read them and i want to prove to people that sex doesn't have to be forced to still be good. and if anybody ever wishes for you to get raped again, just punch them in the face :) lots of love from me xx -M
