Do you feel like giving up? Restless? Numb? Like breaking everything around you? It feels heavy, right? Day by day, it’s getting too much. Sometimes, all you really want is for people to understand you. You’re not asking for anything special, just a little understanding. But when people don’t get you, it can be really frustrating. It makes you overthink and sometimes even doubt yourself, just because others don’t understand you. Calling yourself "crazy" or "insane" just because you feel confused, frustrated, stressed, sad, angry, grumpy, anxious, worried, or numb isn’t right. Sometimes, you might feel like you don't understand what’s happening around you. You know things are going on, but you can’t figure out what exactly. Maybe you're tired or just unsure about what to do next. You know that no matter how many times you clean your room, you will have to do it again and again. It takes effort, but you also know you don’t have any other choice. If you don’t clean up, you will be the one struggling in the mess. The same goes for your emotions. If you don’t take care of them, they will only make things harder for you. If you’re struggling with your emotions or feeling overwhelmed, and you're not sure what to do, or if your mental health is feeling out of control, I understand. Sometimes we all need some encouraging or comforting words. I have wrote some encouraging and positive Notes you can read them in my book GENTLE NOTES. You don’t have to vote or follow me - just reading the Notes and getting some positivity is enough for me. I’ll keep writing more Notes in the book. I’m not saying my Notes will instantly make everything better, but I hope they help you in some way. You can read them whenever you feel like it, during your free time. No pressure at all, and you’re not obligated to read them. I’m just letting you know about them. It’s completely up to you.

Hello (Um... It's just a message i want to give you all) Actually i just wanted to tell you that... please never give up, no matter what. I don't know if it sounds cringe or dramatic but... I am just feeling weird. Like something bad is about to happen. Ofcourse i don't know most of my friends here but ik that everyone has their own problems. It's might be heartbreak, depression, anxiety or anything else but Ik how people hide it behind their cheerful demeanor. So, sometimes it's okay to let go. Let it out. Talk to your loved ones.
