Just saw the trailer for Monarch: Legacy of Monsters and it seems like this Eason is gonna focus on a main villain that is at the moment called Titan X (sounds like a Titan version of Predator X), a cephalopod like creature with presumably the face of something akin to a Mosasaurus that its design remains me a little of Sharktopus. I hope this is a strong Titan and not some bum overhyped like Skar King. I hope season 2 doesn’t contradict stuff from the movies as season 1 did that led to people questioning if Awakening or Jinshin-Mushi is canon which they still are but the creators of Monarch couldn’t bother reading a damn novelization or graphic novel and went in their own direction that contradicted things from G2014 and KOTM. I hope that flashback scenes that delves into Keiko, Shaw, and Randa’s backstory isn’t at Skull Island cause that will really cause a debate that Randa had gone to Skull Island way before the movie itself and hopefully it’s just a regular native village on a random island. The eye for Titan X has me thinking of Octalus a sea monster from Deep Rising that was suppose to originally lead into a Kong sequel movie that got cancelled. In fact the design and shot of the eye is reminding me of Deep Rising movie poster. Hmm wonder if that was intentional. I hope season 2 goes into Monarch organization lore a lot more than season 1 as I am still excited for it nonetheless and for DC crossover final issue where Ghidorah meets Shimo and Skar King. Wonder if they will fight and lit an end to that debate of who wins. Ghidorah or Shimo. My money is on Ghidorah.

So you may not know of Animal Planet's version of The Blair Witch Project, Lost Tapes is a Mockumentary series which asks "What If? there really are monsters like Bigfoot, the Chupacabra and other beasties out there?" Each episode starts with a disclaimer pointing out that it's merely "inspired by the possibility that hidden creatures exist". Normally the monsters aren't actually shown, save for glimpses of CG, Props or Costumes. To justify its airing on Animal Planet, the series laces its footage with factoids about real animals supposedly related to the featured monster. Sometimes this is in an attempt to lend an air of plausibility to the scenario, other times the factoids end up being scarier than the film. The series ran for three seasons from 2008-2010. So I kinda wonder what if Godzilla Monsterverse had something similar as a series.

Alright so I said that by Monday results would be in and if you wanted more girls added to Jacqueline’s love interest for my Not the Monster story. So the poll basically showed people wanted to see more and I added in another poll for chapter 1 at how many to he added and it was 3-4.
          
          I’ll try to figure out which ones to add that work best unless you’d like to comment which female characters you want to see paired with Jacqueline, that’s fine. Been checking out Genshin impact lore or videos to see what each chapter is about that recaps for anyone who hasn’t played for so long and one of the characters that is among the villain factions called the Fatui is the character Arlecchino whose design, color scheme, has a one winged angel going for her, her weapon being the scythe which already has me sold since it’s one of the reasons I like Ruby Rose from RWBY cause of her main weapon is a scythe, personality, and backstory and why she goes by “father” has my attention. Arlecchino really looks cool and is powerful. Plus her leader the Fatui follow the Cryo Archon for some reason is giving me Lucifer vibes given SPN Lucifer said people think he burns hot when it’s the opposite and caused all of Detroit temperature to drop and the Fatui’s goal is to go against stronger gods from what I’ve researched. So kind of like a Prince of Hell I’m getting off of as well while Archons have me thinking of the Archangels. I think Arlecchino became one of my favorite Genshin Impact characters with just clips I’ve seen so far that make her compelling.

So the poster for Godzilla: Minus Zero came out. In Japan the movie is releasing in November 3rd and here in America it’s on the 6th. The poster is interesting as there are two glows. Could mean anything. Could be one glow from the dorsal fins and the other is the dorsal fin starting at the tip of the tail. Or…one blue glow is Godzilla and the other is…well maybe a second Godzilla or Noriko Ōishi. Who knows. Frankly I hope to god Mothra or Ghidorah do not appear cause it wouldn’t make sense and frankly they are overrated. Give us some underrated Kaijus like Anguirus or Hedorah for crying out loud. Mothra and Ghidorah practically had to replace Varan and Anguirus for the GMK movie, especially since GMK was inspiration for Minus One director with certain scenes. Anguirus could be the one with the blue glow since in Godzilla Raids Again movies planning stages, Anguirus was originally intended to use the Incandescent Light which was something 54 used before the blue atomic breath was a thing. Also the Godzilla from the Southeast Asia video with the green colored atomic powers has a full displayed figure of the design so that’s something.
