Trying to push through and get TDHTBTB ch. 5 out this weekend, but it’s not starting out well. Had to spend my morning helping a cat with an upper respiratory infection (not my cat, but adorable), and I just almost set my place on fire trying to clean the oven. Airing out now. Also got the results of my MRI back and it looks like I may have up to 4 herniated disks. Basically some kind of damage to my entire cervical curve. Trying not to think about it until I meet with the surgeon next week. Otherwise having a terrible day pain wise, the muscles in my right arm and left shoulder keep having spasms, and my neck is cramping. That means more muscle relaxers, which means drowsy Rich. Growing to try real hard to get some writing done today and tomorrow, though I am supposed to go to an Abortion care kit party/fundraiser for the DSA tomorrow afternoon. I’m doing my best.

My dudes! My guys! My brothers and sisters of the quill! They Don’t Have to Burn the Books won first place in the Triquetra Awards for Best Overall Plot! I really was not expecting this, especially since the reads for it are so low. If that’s not a good reason to check it out, I’m not sure what it is.

1k reads for The Divided Soul! I really can’t thank you all enough, I didn’t think that many people would care to my silly little story. On a less great note, I don’t think I’m going to be getting much writing done this week. Got assigned to lead a job that has me cutting holes in ceilings and getting my arms covered in cuts and insulation. I don’t know about y’all, but I’m not really up for writing after 10 hours of sweating, getting covered in sheet rock dust and breathing in fiberglass. I’ll pick it up on Friday.

Chapter 8 of The Divided Soul is now published and it is action packed. You're really going to want to turn in for this one. The succubus is back and she is swinging heavy, but Norman and Carla have brought the big guns. Read the new chapter to find out the conclusion of the epic showdown!

Hey everyone, sorry it’s taking a while with the new chapters. I’ve been busy with work, neck, and cat issues, but I’ve also been busy preparing my new novel, A Dream of Change, which came out today on Amazon. I’ll give y’all the same offer I gave on Reddit: provide proof of purchase for an ebook, such a picture of a confirmation email, and I’ll line edit, proofread, and critique ten chapters of a work of your choosing. Do the same with a paperback, and I’ll do the whole book. If you choose the paperback route, I’ll only be doing what you have so far. I can’t stay on the hook waiting months for you to finish. Hey everyone, I’ve been swamped with work lately, but I’m getting in a fat writing session today. My plan is to publish chapters 7/8 of The Divided Soul, then Chapter 5 of They Don’t have to Burn the Books, followed by the first 3 chapters of a new story called Soulfire. 
          
          It’s my first attempt at romance, though it’s as much fantasy/adventure as it is romance. You’ll probably like it if you enjoy a bad girl getting with a gentle giant/good boi. More succubus content, of course.
