Highly recommend entering competitions, book clubs, read for reads, etc. even just commenting on books you like can get reads on your profile or having an interesting username. Anything with community. Still, don’t expect 1k reads your first day, I’ve had my book up for a long time and still haven’t reached that milestone :)
