Thanks to the weekend challenge started by @SadlyOptimistic, I finally got myself motivated to post a new chapter of Total Drama Supernatural Island. Yeah, it's been about three months since I last updated it, but better late than never, right? lol

I was just thinking about my current situation with the completion of Total Drama Double Trouble. And I decided to begin Total Drama Supernatural Island. The Ridonculous Race Revamped will still happen, although I am uncertain as to when it will continue. The 4th chapter of TDSI should be up soon.

I didn't notice that a new season was out! I'll make sure to read it :)

After taking a week off to ponder my situation, I decided to proceed with Total Drama Double Trouble. At the end of the day, I find myself happier while writing Total Drama, and it's something that I want to post. However, The Ridonculous Race Revamped will not end; when I regain motivation for it, I'll come back to it, but as of now, my primary focus will be TDDT. Thank you to those who've publicly or privately given me advice.

          Sincerely, Tommy

To those who read my Total Drama and Ridonculous Race stories, I need some advice.

          It's becoming increasingly more difficult to write my Ridonculous Race story. Lately, I've found myself not wanting to write it, and whenever I do, I see myself becoming unpleased with how I'm writing it. I don't know if it's just a little rut that I'm in or if writing that story is genuinely difficult, but I'm finding myself not motivated to do it.

          On another note, I managed to get a firm idea for how I want to write the next story in my Total Drama series: Total Drama Double Trouble. As some of you may know, I originally planned to write that season before The Ridonculous Race, but I wasn't content with the plot that I made, so I postponed it. But now that I'm satisfied with the plot, I found myself eager to write that story.

          Now, I don't want to completely give up on The Ridonculous Race; I started it and I intend to finish it. At the same time, I don't want to write anything that I think is lackluster and unsatisfactory in the eyes of the readers. This is where my question comes in:

          a) Should I start writing and posting Total Drama Double Trouble while writing The Ridonculous Race when I feel motivated?
          b) Should I stop production of The Ridonculous Race all together and focus on Total Drama?
          OR
          c) Should I be persistent and focus on making The Ridonculous Race the best that I can?

          If you have any other suggestions, feel free to let me know. I just want some advice because I don't want to get turned away from this series; my biggest concern is that writing will become an obligation rather than a desire for me. I love writing and Total Drama; I don't want to get turned away from it.

          Sincerely, Tommy

@TommyMckeehen
            a) Yes.
            b) and c) If you don't want to do some writing for The Ridonculous Race, you could focus more on Total Drama and when you find time and are interested on writing your season of The Ridonculous Race then you can go back to that. Or you could just do both at the same time. I recommend to take breaks often on the writing if you are feeling uninterested with it. Just my advice opinion! Keep up the good work!
