          Okay, as to your first question, there is that forum, called "Share Your Story". You can advertise your story there. Start a "discussion", post a summary of your story there, and some peeps might read it. Most of the people on wattpad don't like it when you post messages on their message boards asking to read your story... I don't recommend that. As for fans... well, do your best with your story, and if people like it,  they'll fan you. And update regularly, so you can keep the fans you have.
