Some humans are quick to forget their pains at the slightest peek of happiness, not that I'm a fan of self pity or wallowing in sadness but the level of these people resiliencies can be alarming and relieving at the same time.
Maybe unintentionally, their minds suppress these feelings in hope for a better tomorrow thereby bottling up most of the emotions that are supposed to be addressed or they hardly even think about it, leaving their minds empty and void of emotions. Regardless of these things, I strongly believe acknowledging and addressing issues that pertain to one's mental health will go a long way in reducing depression and low self esteem. #stay sane #stay safe

Hi guys, I'd love you to check out my new book 'Fareeda'. This short book encapsulates the life of a girl child in the northern part of Nigeria. It is meant to help create the awareness that a girl child life matters too regardless of their colour or background. Please remember to like and tell me how you feel about the book in the comment section. Thank you.
