Hi, my name is Tony. I am me, I have 3 children which I haven't seen in over a year. I struggle with depression, anxiety, & suicidal thoughts. I am single, divorced. I have had a rough life so bear with me I have been thinking about writing a book, or something in that form or fashion but don't know how to begin it.
