An Update on Did We Survive❕
To My Readers,
I’ve decided to unpublish Did We Survive—for now.
When I began writing, I had a clear idea of how the story should end. But as I moved forward, the path blurred. Changes came, pieces shifted, and everything started feeling tangled.
I found myself thinking about creepy, scary things to get ideas—I’d listen to eerie music to inspire the mood. But then those dark thoughts wouldn’t let go. They popped into my head constantly, making it hard to focus on anything else. Sometimes, those creepy nightmares woke me up in the middle of the night.
I’ve also been unsure about the title. I changed it more than once, which is a sign to me that something isn’t fully aligned yet. That’s why I’ve decided to go back to the beginning—rewrite, reshape, and give the story a title and structure that truly reflect what it’s meant to be.
But please know this:
Noah and Ivy’s story is not going to change.
Their bond, their pain, the truth they carry—that’s the heart of everything. That’s what this story is. And I promise, I’m not going to make you regret starting to read it.
I know I’ve made some mistakes writing this story. If you saw anything from your point of view that could have been done better, please tell me. Your honest feedback means a lot—it will help me fix what needs fixing and make the story better.
I plan to begin republishing the reimagined version in early December. Until then, thank you for reading, for your patience, and for being part of this journey.
I am sorry.
