Writing is where we leave the softest, most fragile parts of ourselves. So when something like that gets taken, it is not just upsetting. It hurts in a quiet, personal way. 
          
          That is why what you did matters so much. You still chose to come back. You still chose to share your stories again, even after everything. That takes a kind of strength not everyone has.
          
          And it really shows the difference between you and those who steal. You create from something real. They just take from what they lack.

So brave of me to announce I’ll publish a lot of fics, like I’m not already being pinned down by my own laziness like a possessive husband who refuses to let me leave the bed. Ugh! ಠ⁠‿⁠ಠ
          
          Anyway, 2026 is still a whole lifetime away. That’s future-me’s problem. I’ll just keep gaslighting myself into believing I’m “working on it.” Hope you guys are still alive, unmuted, and emotionally available when I finally crawl back with updates.  ｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡

Happy New Year in advance, loves!
          Before 2025 closes its door on us, I want to say thank you to everyone who stayed with me while life tried to chew me up and spit me out. You were here when I was tired, burnt out, laughing at nothing, and pretending everything was fine.
          To my generous friends, the ones who keep spoiling me, I see you. I love you. I am painfully broke, held together by caffeine, stress, and stubborn hope. I cannot give you gifts, but I can give you stories. Sometimes beautiful. Sometimes stressful. Sometimes cruel. Sometimes a little unhinged. Consider every chapter my offering, carved straight out of whatever is left of my sanity.
          And to my readers, thank you for surviving the chaos with me. Thank you for screaming, crying, and still coming back even when I drag you through emotional warzones. You are stronger than my plot twists.
          I do not know what next year will do to us, but I am staying. I am writing. And I am bringing you with me.
