What had the twins done, exactly? Well, somehow, admittedly with their magic, they had managed to make a wooden pavilion on the beach near their training grounds in only two hours, plus the added time decorating it and putting a picnic table in. They had additionally added softly twinkling fairy lights that lit up the entire area, and colored, glowing lanterns that they had floating around, as though they were simply suspended by air. The easily most impressive part of the entire setup, though, was the thousands, probably tens of thousands, of balloons that were strewn all across the beach. They reached as far as the eye could see, starting right to the left of the newly constructed pavilion.
You would think they would blow away, but strangely enough, none of them moved. To one certain Dragon Slayer, this was insanely suspicious.
