I love possessive and dark romances with some juicy smut especially if the topic of the story is a bit taboo. BUT, I want an intriguing storyline that is well written, with well developed characters, and a bit of drama/tragedy. The smut is the cherry on top for me!  

The smut should  also be well written, writers do your research, if you can't write good smut scenes, leave them out of the story. Period.

Also, I love possessive, cold, dominating men (straight, bi, or gay) but that doesn't mean I like abusive and torturing men. If they would do harm to a child or puppy, I would want to kill them myself!

I like stories like this bc my RL is pretty basic and average with almost no drama. So, it's quite fun to live out dramatic adventures through fictional characters in a book.
