Yuriev here. Renegade. Militant Rebel. Casual Domestic Terrorist. Black Guy.

In all seriousness, my name is Diary Yuriev as it says above. I'm a parking assistant and currently employed at, not by, Los Angeles Times. I'm quite an active gamer with a preference for Role-Playing Games. I'm often very fond of table top gaming and animation of both western and eastern origin.

I'd like to consider myself an advocate for social change though that varies subjectively. To some, I'm an "SJW" and to others, I'm the hero America needs but doesn't really want right now.

I'm working on going back to school to continue working toward my English-Creative Writing degree . If one hasn't noticed by the previous sentence, I am a writer which also makes me a reader by default. My favorite settings are Urban Fantasy, but I wouldn't be a writer if I only wrote Urban Fantasy.

I have a few rules when it comes to writing.

1. Make sure all characters are realistic.
2. Don't make your writing an extension of your own opinions.
3. Tell a story you would want to read.
4. Disregard all rules that you disagree with.

I'm very passionate if not easily distracted. My dream is to be able to live off what I write.
