Hello there again, my folks!
So I'll be completely transparent and direct here: I found out that I have something called ATS (Accelerated Thinking Syndrome) which isn't really a syndrome in the conventional way, just a consequence of mental overload
So for short: I'm constantly thinking about the future and planning stuff, but it's rare when I actually manage to slow down and ACTUALLY make my plans happen
To answer some questions, I'm not in therapy, I'm not taking medications, and I'm not taking a break. I'm organizing everything, from my phone layout to my schedule and finances to water them down into something easy to navigate without leading me astray into doom scrolling and watching the same stuff over and over again ( ╹▽╹ )
