          When you work really hard to get out of a rut that your eating disorder put you in, only to realise that other people talking loosely about them and gruesome details about their eating disorder(s) affects your gag reflex

TW: tics (just precautionary because...I don't know)
          
          Okay, so I've been developing tics pretty...rapidly and so far I have about 6. I mostly get physical tics but my verbal tics are
          •Quack quack (yes I say it twice every time)
          •MOTHERFUCKER (I don't usually yell it but It is angry)
          •Pitter patter (in an English accent)
          •Fiddle de dee 
          •Arson
          •Bad astronauts get put in the corps wiggler (that one's new)

I JUST GOT IN BED AND MY BLANKETS SMELL LIKE MY BOYFRIEND AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
          
          
          If you'll excuse me I'm going to cuddle said blankets and pretend that it's him.

Do you ever just feel like you need to thank everyone and anyone that has anything at all with you feeling the smallest ounce of happiness?
          
          I really need someone to talk to about this stuff but I don't have therapy for another 2 weeks...I might need to ask if I can go to more frequent sessions...
