Does anybody know what this story us called? It's a hunger Games fanfiction with mafia gangs. Snow is the leader of the Boys and Coin is the leader of the Girls. Before all of that, Katniss catches Peeta smoking and all of this so she was suspicious. Her and the girls got even more suspicious when the guys left everyday at a specific time. They later followed then and caught them doing 'Mafia Stuff'. Then the girls joined a team with Coin after begging Katniss to do so. So if anyone knows the author, or the name of that book...
