I am currently a psychologist working in Florida.  I completed my doctorate in psychology in 2011, fulfilling one of my lifelong dreams.  My other lifelong dream has always been to become a published author.  In the spring of 2010, my youngest brother passed away.  My writing, although fiction, has been a way for me to give life to my personal journey with grief and healing.  In both my clinical work and writing, I strive to make an emotional connection with others that is thought provoking and real, yet full of humor and grace.
