Strolling through memory lane here since I'm gonna have to be writing soon [undetermined amount of time before "soon"] and everything I look at feels so still. Uncompleted works, abandoned and forgotten, once beloved by me enough to stick them in the library. My entire search for a specific smut series coming up with only half of the result, the original book having been deleted. That search was months ago, and yet I still remember the joy of finally finding that of which I had once considered entirely lost and deleted. So far there's only been one fic I remember loving that's been updated since I last dusted it off, and it was fairly recent. Funnily enough, it's an xfem!reader cuz I used to read those a lot. Yeahh, so much for the mentality of "if I read the xfem!reader stuff maybe I'll feel more like a girl and fit in" cuz that didn't happen. I ain't gonna not re-read 'em, though! I'll get around to re-reading at some time.
