I lived in the city Nice, France when I was 10 until 12 and moved back to the states.
I cannot imagine everyone is very scared...I am so sorry for everyone who lost some loved ones...
I hear that 84+ people have been killed...That guy is a horrible person to ruin Bastille Day...There were children there!!! I want to kill him and if he's connected to ISIS I want to kill them all!!
