How does one visualize scenes without them being blurry and every other part of them warping when you don't focus on them completely-
Seriously I'm supposed to just put those scenes on paper when I can't even see them clearly in my head??

I just wanna draw a cool fantasy landscape but I have the memory of a pebble and my images in my head are equivalent to those you see from a matte glass block TnT

The references are a good pointer, I just have trouble figuring out how to use them since I usually don't have a way to put the images I'm hoping to use in front of me qvq
The 'flow' is definitely easy to figure out, but usually I find myself with too much empty space in the image and it frustrates me because it looks incomplete-

@Sparkk876 I have that problem, but like… opposite? I can see a decent image but it gets blurry if I focus on it… I usually try to use references or run with the “flow” of what I want to draw. Like… the movement and positions… Idk if this is helpful or not but if there’s anything SmoothAsChocolate or I can do please let us know-

@Sparkk876 Sorry, I just noticed this ^^” I’m glad it helped! I was excited when I noticed you updated your bio (honestly just went “SAME THO”) Thanks! Yeah, a lot of people have been using their identities and orientations in their bios, and it’s becoming a main focus… Not that that’s bad! It’s just a thing and I just think it’s easier to just say what you like and what you do. Sorry this seems a lot like I’m saying “I don’t like when people put identities in their bios”, and I don’t mean that at all; I just mean that, again, it’s easier to say why you like, but if you want people to know how you are in that sense, go for it! Okay, good! I’m glad it helped, and you seem pretty happy with what you were able to put down!

Well… if it helps, you can just say what kind of things you typically write, what you like…? Or hobbies you have? For example, you seem to like drawing. Is that accurate? Idk; that’s just something I’ve noticed that might make sense.
I mean, I explained my name for those why might’ve known me by my old one, and said what I liked: Undertale.
I was just using myself as an example… it doesn’t have to be preferred pronouns or identities tbh… if that’s what the problem is…

so I didn't draw it myself because every time I do it mentally exhaustsnme to try drawing the expression I'm going for, so i used my gacha club persona and edited it a bit, just some cell shading and shtuff :)

Should I change my icon? I want to make it another shocked image of course, but I want to draw it myself, plus my pfp is of a gachatuber's OC that I used to watch,(I think they were called Moodypanda) and I don't want people to think that it's my image when I simply screenshotted it as a lil kid and used it as my pfp-
