[Important Notice!]
This year I'm not messing around.
For those of you reading "The Monster Machine", all current chapters have been edited and re-written. I've removed some of the illustrations to make some new ones, so you'll probably see those in a while. As for new chapters, those might take a while, but stay tuned, they are definitely in the works.

Summer has begun, my favorite season!
Which also means with all this time on my hands, I'm either going to be very busy with all this work I've planned. Or I'm not going to do anything at all and relax and be lazy for the whole summer. Either way, I've still got a lot planned so keep an eye out. Currently, I'm in the process of updating the illustrations for The Butterfly Girl. I'll also post these new additions to my Tumblr, and I'll let you know which chapters have been edited. For now, enjoy the season of freedom and I hope you all have an enjoyable Summer!

Okay, so a new year has begun!
Well, what else really is new? Well, I've started to focus more on certain projects and I think now is a good time to come back and continue these works. I put myself on hiatus all of December due to wrist pain, but I think I'm ready to get back to work. Time to freshen things up a bit and see how much I can get done before the next year. It's definitely going to take more than a year to actually finish one of my works, but it's not like it's going to finish writing itself!
Now, if only people would be more interested in reading original stories instead of... fanfiction and love story one-shots... I guess not everyone is willing to change when a new year begins. But I'm not going to let that stop me!

[END OF IMPORTANT NOTICE]
Whew, I've finally finished the editing process. Chapters will be published daily up until the last one I've written as well as all the Illustrations that I've finished and more will soon follow after that, so thanks for sticking with me during the time it was down. The first few chapters will be published today to help any new readers get started, so add it to any of your reading lists so you can keep up with the latest adventure.

[VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE]
The Butterfly Girl is being temporarily taken down to undergo heavy editing and re-polishing! This will hopefully be the last time I will have to go through the entire thing for editing. Anyone currently following this story, please don't be alarmed when you don't see it here.
As the author that has been working on this story for quite a few years now, I'm doing the very best I can to make this the best story I've ever written and I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Looking it over one last time, I ended noticing some pretty big holes and even more... missed grammatical mistakes. So to avoid any more confusion with myself, I'm taking this thing into the back and I'm not bringing it back out until it's good and polished! Not to mention an overhaul on the illustrations and adding some new ones in their place. I've been working on those for a while and I think you'll like them. Chapters will be published one by one either daily or weekly.
If you have the Stary Writing app, you can read the full edited story (but illustrations won't be included) up to the last chapter I've published. Check into my profile on Tumblr for more updates and full views of the illustrations, including extras! Thanks for your patience, and I hope you'll stick with me until the end of this adventure.

For any of you who have been following the "Experiment 13" story, I'm just letting you know I've been re-writing all the previous chapters to keep it more up to date. I started writing that story a long time ago and while I was going through it I noticed it didn't quite... feel right. Not to mention a few grammatical mistakes and some detail errors. So of course I had to go back through and polish it up a bit. You might want to re-read it again if you can, but for those of you who have just now discovered it, you have nothing to worry about. For the future, I am going to go through some of the older stories and polish those up a little bit too before I continue with the main adventure that is "The Butterfly Girl". But until then, I'll keep you posted for any other important news, check out my Tumblr and Instagram for my other artistic works in the making and I'll see you in the next installment!

Well, it's finally done. The Butterfly Girl editing process and new illustration have been published and from now on it's nothing but new chapters. As for the Read Count itself, turns out unpublishing it didn't reset it but I'm okay with that. I didn't know it it would work, but I'm more happy about seeing this story polished and primed. I didn't mean for it to take so long (mostly because I procrastinated a lot and was too lazy and tired to even find the time to get it done) but in the end I got it done and we're ready to get this adventure back on it's feet. After all, we've still got a ways to go. Of course, there will be new illustrations. Posted along with the chapter instead of going back later and adding it. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask me. But until then, I hope you'll be looking forward to seeing these new encounters.

Okay, this is gonna be one of my more major announcements so here we go. First off, I've added new Illustrations to The Butterfly Girl like I said I would. However, going back just to make this tiny edits got me noticing things. I mentioned before when I edit my chapters, it counts as someone "reading" it, even though I'm the author. So technically, the story doesn't actually have over 700 reads since most of them were from myself from editing/fixing them. Which means the reader count isn't completely accurate and I don't know exactly how many people have read it. Most of the time I'm just hopping around making sure that the chapter I want to edit is the correct one. So here's what I'm thinking....
I'm gonna do one last overhaul on the story. Just like I did last time, but to keep myself going straight, I'm going to make a script for myself and write down a small summary for each chapter. Like a recap, but for myself to read so next time I want to add new illustrations or edit anything I can just look at that rather than chapter hop and make it count as "read" so I don't get an inaccurate read count. (And if I do just so happen to come across any mistakes, I will fix those. I make a lot of minor grammar mistakes apparently.) During that time, I'm going to set this story to Unpublish. That should make the read count back to 0. Will you have to re-read the entire story again? No, you definitely don't have to. The most I'm going to do is some grammar editing and maybe some chapter re-naming. But the story itself will stay the same so you don't have to go all the way back and start over. If you wish to witness these new, minor changes then you are more than free to re-read and experience the adventure again! So don't be alarmed when you see the story not there, I'm just taking it to the back to fix it a bit and it'll be done before you know it! I'll let you know when it's finished and ready.

I'm starting to get things back on track now and I've beginning to publish new chapters for my previous stories as well as my main story. I want o keep things moving along instead of just abandoning them in the middle or their arcs. In a little while, I will have new illustrations for The Butterfly Girl: A Star is Born. I'm not sure about any illustrations for the other stories, but if you really wanna see some then I'll get to work and see what I can do for them. In the meantime, stay tuned for new developments in the future! I will keep you posted about any new information you might need to hear.

Okay so, for those of you reading The Butterfly Girl, I noticed an error in the chapter numbers and instead of having 71 chapters, it's actually 70. I accidentally skipped 23 so I'm gonna have to go back and fix that. And since I'm doing that I'll look over the remaining chapters and correct any other mistakes. You don't have to start over again, it's just a few errors so there's nothing to worry about. Of course, there will be more updates and new chapters in the future so thanks for sticking with me and I'll keep you posted.
