The garcello mod, made by Atsuover, the creator of the Annie mod.

Garcello is a man who suffers from lung cancer, he meets boyfriend in an alleyway and they want, onto the next song, he seems off.. they have another battle and just comes to show after that, Garcello meets his demise and literally smokes his soul out of his body. Now that he's dead, his time on earth is quickly coming to an end, but that doesn't stop him from paying his farewells to Boyfriend and Girlfriend before he passes onto heaven and goes to Ghost McDonald's. They have two more songs, the last one being called fading as he quite literally fades away on his last note.
This is both a vibe and a sad mod in my opinion. A tearjerker to some. 
It also seems to show that Garcello is tangled into Daddy Dearest's wrongdoings and meddling/messing around with mods. However Garcello doesn't hold a grudge against GF and BF and is actually fine with them.
Which in my opinion is quite weird since most of the mods are after GF for what Daddy Dearest is doing. I think Daddy Dearest in the game should get totally pwned for being a bad father to his child by making her a target for his doings.
